Hi, I’m Sabiha, a Qualifying Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Social Worker with a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University, and a Masters in Educational Psychology from Western University. I’m here to support you through life’s challenges in a way that feels meaningful and safe for you. I understand that reaching out for help can feel daunting, but it’s also a powerful step toward growth and healing. I have worked with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, and cultural transitions in mental health settings such as Scarborough Health Network and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.
Having grown up in a multicultural environment myself, I know how complex it can be to balance different parts of your identity while finding your own voice. My goal is to meet you where you are, offering a warm and nonjudgmental space to explore your feelings and experiences. I use practical approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques to help you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with your values, faith and unique journey. I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Let’s take it one step at a time—together.
